National auditions were held across the United States searching for singers/dancers to make regular appearances on Dean Martin's TV Series and world-wide.
This sounded like a dream job!

In February 1973, my sister, Linda and I drove from Pennsylvania to New York City to audition. We made the cut and we're flown to Hollywood ... rehearsals ... costumes ... we were The Golddiggers! Working with Dean Martin was always a pleasure, especially doing his weekly TV Series with a huge studio audience and the many TV Specials that followed. We were very lucky to be mentored by Lee Hale, one of the producers of Dean's TV show, who also wrote us special music. Being the regular opening act for Dean in Vegas at the MGM and Bally's in the 70's, 80's and 90's was thrilling. When we weren't working with Dean, we were making personal appearance on other TV shows like The Tonight Show, starring Johnny Carson, and opening for other stars like Joan Rivers, Bob Hope, Jerry Vale, Louie Prima...

Favorite Memories: Praying together before we performed... Gene Kelly teaching us dance steps. Favorite Tour: Rat Pack, "Together Again" with Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin.
